Agreement to Terms. By accessing this website or visiting Zonadefortuna Dining & Poker Club, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and guests. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use of the website or venue after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The effective date of these terms is 6 September 2026.

Dining Reservations

Dining reservations can be made online or by phone at +61 2 8394 7162. We require a credit card to secure bookings for groups of 6 or more, but no charge is made unless you fail to cancel within 24 hours.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• No-shows may incur a fee of $50 per person.

Poker Table Bookings

Poker table bookings are available for offline poker sessions and tournaments. Bookings are subject to availability and may require a deposit for large groups. Deposits are refundable if cancelled 48 hours in advance. No real money is involved; deposits are for venue services only.

Non-Monetary Play

All poker at Zonadefortuna is strictly offline and for entertainment purposes only. No real money, cash betting, or currency is involved. Players use custom poker chips provided by the venue.

• No monetary payouts; winners may receive friendly trophies or tournament ranking points.
• Any form of gambling is prohibited.

Player Conduct

Players are expected to conduct themselves respectfully. Cheating, collusion, or disruptive behavior will result in removal from the poker room and possible ban.

• All players must be 18 years or older.
• Dress code: smart casual; no offensive clothing.

Age and Identification

Zonadefortuna is an adults-only venue. All guests must be 18 years or older and may be required to show valid identification.

• Valid ID includes driver's licence, passport, or proof of age card.
• Minors are not permitted in the poker lounge or dining areas after 8 PM.

Dress Code and Conduct

Smart casual attire is required. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone not meeting the dress code or behaving inappropriately.

• No thongs, singlets, or offensive prints.
• Respectful behaviour towards staff and other guests is mandatory.

Ownership of Content

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Zonadefortuna Dining & Poker Club and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.
• Trademarks include the Zonadefortuna name and logo.

Disclaimer

Zonadefortuna is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or participation in venue activities, including offline poker.

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
• Participation in poker tournaments is at your own risk.

Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
